About the conference

Power purpose pay box1 2 1 - - Sociocracy For All

In an evolving world where organizations are shifting towards a more resilient, responsive, and decentralized approach, we are finding ourselves in uncharted territories. This transformation has brought along an array of challenges, including around shared decision-making in financial and legal spheres.

Our summit is a platform to connect, share and learn from the collective wisdom of leaders and consultants who are trailblazing this shift in their respective fields. We aim to uncover innovative solutions and best practices that help in strengthening the alignment between purpose and people in self-organized workplaces.

Maybe the future is already here – we just need to share it with each other to evolve and spread it faster.
