Our professional sociocracy consultants and sociocracy trainers
Dahkil Hausif
Dahkil Hausif, a Griot of Agreements, is a storyteller of spirit and structure—braiding life lessons with legacy, healing, and harmony. Raised across continents as a military child, he learned early how stories shape us—how they lift us up, bind us, and sometimes, how they hold us back. For over two decades, he edited commercials for the world’s biggest brands, sculpting narratives in seconds. Now, his lens has shifted inward.
As a founder at Men At Work Healing and a certified sociocracy facilitator, Dahkil helps people—men, families, youth, communities—name what they value, speak their truths, and build agreements rooted in consent. His work is a ceremony of storytelling: of reclaiming voice, deep listening, and weaving collective power. Whether in a healing circle or a household kitchen, Dahkil sees each story as an offering—a mirror, a map, and a medicine.

Michelle Tsustumi
Sunflower Facilitation and Counselling Co-op
Michelle Tsutsumi (she/her) is of Norwegian, Swedish, English, French, and Japanese ancestry. She currently lives rurally in Secwepemcúl’ecw (colonially known as Chase, BC, Canada) and brings a depth of experience from her background in body-centred trauma therapy, organic farming and communications.
For over 20 years, Michelle has used a systems lens to co-create participatory spaces where justice and equity are more structurally present within the nonprofit, food justice and co-operative sectors. Michelle practices deep listening and relationship building to co-design processes that enact collective care and the decolonization of both self and organizations. She is especially interested in practices that facilitate emergent spaces and the stamina to navigate transitions.
Michelle’s learning lineage and practice has continued to deepen through Sociocracy For All since she completed SoLT in early 2023, then attended an immersion Academy 1 in fall 2023 (which was amazing!). Michelle attended the classroom part of Academy 2 in early 2024 and is working on completing certification for Trainer and Consultant in 2025. She practices sociocracy within the workers co-op she co-founded, a Farmers Institute and has supported the implementation of sociocracy in a non-profit co-op. Michelle joined the SoFA Co-op Circle in January 2025 and is a support trainer with Academy 1 Spring 2025.
Rates:
I work on a sliding scale that reflects the nature of our working relationship and the context of the group that would like to work with me (e.g., co-ops, groups with grant funding, grassroots). The pay rate would be higher for single-session workshops and could decrease for relationships over time that include ongoing learning sessions, facilitation, and coaching. I’m open to discussing possibilities. Currently, my sliding scale is $90 – $150/hour CAD (and some pro bono work), with a portion going to Sunflower Facilitation and Counselling Co-op to sustain its collective well-being.

Jan Scholl
Jan Scholl is driven by the conviction that meaningful economic transformation starts with incremental, team-level change—igniting a grassroots movement toward a more human-centered and sustainable economy. Jan’s work is rooted in the belief that workplaces can be sources of joy, trust, and shared purpose, building on sustainable performance and profit.
As co-founder, company successor, and organizational psychologist, he draws from a comprehensive entrepreneurial background. He co-founded Awesome Pixels, a film production company delivering innovative solutions for global brands. As a company successor, he supports organizational development at ProLux, an internationally active enterprise.
Jan’s journey—from early days in the family business, through startup success and personal exhaustion—deepened his commitment to transforming organizations from the inside out.
Jan’s work centers on dynamic management systems, supporting teams in medium-sized companies through the challenges of incremental, participatory change. He is especially skilled in facilitating the shift toward more conscious, effective, and equitable governance structures. By sharing his story and actively participating through consulting processes, he demonstrates how Sociocracy can revolutionize the world of work—empowering people to co-create resilient, purpose-driven organizations that are fit for the future.

Heinz Feldmann
Born and raised at the Austrian side of Lake Constance in the DACH triangle (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). First career as a successful neoliberal Enterpreneur, later „converted“ to a Low-Carbon-Life in Community after a one year sabbatical and round the world trip in the middle of my life. I have been a cofounder of the „Economy of the common good“, 2009 I initiated and cofounded „Wohnprojekt Wien“, Austrias biggest Urban Ecovillage in the very center of Vienna. There I live happily ever since. In 2015 I cofounded “Die WoGen “ Austrias first Housing-Development-COOP for Intentional Communities only.
Today I work voluntarily (besides the jobs in our Project) for the „Initiative Gemeinsam Bauen & Wohnen“ and the SoFA IC-Circle (Intentional Community). For a living I work as a Consultant for Communities and Trainer for Sociocracy. In 2022 my Book “Praxishandbuch Leben in Gemeinschaft” (living in community) was published by Oekom in Munich with a foreword by Diana Leaf Christian.

Erkki Pöytäniemi
I have a M.Sc in Agronomy and have been active in the organic movement and food business my whole career.

I got interested in Permaculture in 2014 and did my PDC in France. We bought a property in Karjalohja, which we have designed according to permaculture principles including strawbale-clay house, forest garden, beekeeping and mushroom cultivation. We are off-grid with solar panels and a wind mill. I got my Diploma in Applied Permaculture Design in March 2025.
Since 2022 I have been a Finnish Permaculture Association board member and was chosen as chairman for 2023 continuing into 2025. The association had used sociocracy for several years. The challenges we had in 2022 in implementing and onboarding made me interested in sociocracy and I took the ”Sociocracy course at Holma Folkhögskola, Sweden (Practitioner level) and continued in SoFA Academy in 2023 (Facilitator Certificate). In have implemented sociocracy in the Permaculture Association in a way that everyone can be efficient and feel safe. I have held sociocracy courses and applied sociocracy in different situations.
Permaculture is a way to build a sustainable world and lifestyle but we need to do it together with other people! Sociocracy gives us tools to do just that!
I am 65 years old, married, and have 6 children (from 2 marriages) and 5 grandchildren. We have 2 dogs, ducks and we are rewilding honeybees.

As a sociocracy trainer and consultant, I support organizations and communities in creating participatory, resilient structures for collaboration and decision-making. With deep expertise in sociocratic principles such as consent decision-making, circle organization, sociocratic election and double linking, I guide groups in building transparent, inclusive processes that foster shared responsibility and psychological safety.
My approach is highly participatory, relational, and attuned to group dynamics. Drawing from diverse sources, I integrate systemic thinking, dialogue methods, and community-building tools to support sustainable transformation. Whether working with teams, networks, or intentional communities, I facilitate learning environments where people are empowered to shape their structures together.
I have lived in intentional communities for over 15 years and have been collaborating with non-governmental organizations for more than two decades. My work is deeply rooted in the international movement for sustainable communities: I am actively involved in the German, European, and global GEN (Global Ecovillage Network) as well as in the German intentional communities network Kommuja. These lived experiences inform my consulting with grounded, real-world perspectives on collective living and working.
