Lean, Agile, Teal…. how does sociocracy fit in? – François Knuchel

Increasingly people are aware a new world is emerging, but what it looks like is unclear. There are a myriad of new approaches and perspectives, such as lean, responsive, conscious business, holacracy, sharing economy etc to name just a few of them. Where does sociocracy fit in? How can sociocracy work with all these disparate movements?

Will sociocracy ever become mainstream? I believe it could, or at least the principles of sociocracy could, because it celebrates and respects both diversity as well as convergence through consent, enabling new perspective to emerge, all conditions for living organisations.
