Description

This will be a case study presentation about Unico, a private school for self-directed learning in Bern, Switzerland. Unico is a cooperative that is run sociocratically since its founding three years ago. The presentation focuses on the organizational aspects and less on the pedagogy and work with the children. There will be ample room for questions and discussion.

Presenter Bio

A transformation process in the IT company where Toby used to work got him hooked on how to better structure and lead organizations to include everyone and stay effective. He now works as a freelance coach and sociocracy consultant, is part of the strategy and coordination circles in Unico, and is a member of a cooperative board game shop.
