Global Sociocracy Conference 2022

Valuing yourself and others: permaculture and sociocracy —Rhonda Baird

? This presentation will be in English

Description

How do we get an accurate picture of all of the ways we bring value with us? How might we use that understanding to value and appreciate the richness and possibility which shows up in when we work collaboratively? This interactive presentation combining permaculture design and sociocracy will ask us to think more creatively about how we design our circles and organizations to draw out the bigger picture. We’ll get a glimpse of how doing so can energize our work and lead to new possibilities.

Bio

Rhonda Baird speaker at the global sociocracy conference 2022 sociocracy for all 1 - - Sociocracy For All

What if we told a different story and acted accordingly?
Rhonda Baird has been using permaculture to imagine that new story for the past 17 years. For the past 5 years, sociocracy has been a part of that design. She has helped blend the two in service to informal groups and formal organizations and networks for the past several years. She holds an at-large position in organizational development within SoFA.
