One of my passions in life is tracking. I love to track animals, of course. I love seeing the story of their life reflected in the landscape; and also how the landscape shapes their movement. I find I track other dynamic elements: the weather, climate change, plant communities, the evolution of the city I live in, and many other things. I love the stories they reveal. 

I also love inner tracking. I love to ask needful questions; I enjoy observing changes in my own personal growth. I knew that I have behaved in a conflict avoidant way in the past. While researching conflict management in teams recently, I took this assessment and found that I actually behave in a very collaborative way. I loved finding this out, because it helped me to revise my own story and measure growth. I’m excited to use this understanding in SoFA–knowing that other people have their own styles for dealing with what they perceive as conflict.

This week, reports might seem a bit quiet as most circles are diving deep into the new Network SoFA Model. But here’s a peek at what’s happening in a few circles:

Ecosystem Circle

• Co-op Circle: Discussions on potential new members, conflict resolution, and performance review. Developing a Lead Magnet proposal for funding.
• Nonprofits Circle:Successful conference end of March. Recent role selection and potential new roles discussed. Working on strengthening the circle and attracting new members.
• Discussions on the creative commons library project and network model.
• AtWork: Ongoing discussion on aims and support for certification work.
