Antim Mogos

My name is Antim Mogos, I am Romanian and I currently live and work in the UK.
As education, I hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration and I fluently speak English and German.
As career, I have spent most of it in sales and I have gained experience in start-up, development and management of a business; I am also experienced in the management of people, operations and key accounts.
Sociocracy has been presented to me by an acquaintance of mine in the summer of 2022 and my inquisitive being has pushed me ever since to learn more and more about it. Finding that I resonate with the values and principles of sociocracy, I have interviewed for and have been granted membership of Sociocracy For All.
My goal is to keep on learning, training and practicing sociocracy and become very good at it.
Why? Because together with other trailblazers, I am dedicated to work toward transforming Romania in an agile country, capable of offering equality of chances and prosperity to every Romanian and we will achieve this through sociocracy (aka the new normal).
In short, we want “A new Romania through sociocracy!”
