Nobel Laureate Lin Ostrom uncovered a set of design principles for activating a uniquely elaborated human capacity to help, cooperate and share power with others. Prosocial is a global initiative to catalyze positive cultural change that feature’s Ostrom’s work.

Prosocial Schools is a global networked improvement community in the k-12 education field that utilizes sociocracy for internal governance.

Peter draws on his experience as head of school, curriculum specialist, and science teacher at several independent schools in Vermont and New York. For 13 years he developed and taught school and summer youth programs at Shelburne Farms, a National Historic Landmark and leader in education for sustainability.

Recently, Peter joined Prosocial World served as Organization Designer and Director of Prosocial Schools.
