Description: Two completely different organizations reached the limits of their current governance style. What specific drivers made them consider sociocracy as the way forward? Who were the leading actors initiating the change? How did the implementation team set their starting line? What roadblocks had the pioneers on their way? Did the rest of their organization join the party? Are their stories really so different?
