Sept 2, 9, 16, 17-19 UTC. $100. This is an online class teaching ways of having smooth meetings so everyone is heard, decisions are caring and co-creative – while being fast and focused. More connection, more listening, more forward motion.
This engaging online class introduces all parts of sociocracy: organizational structure with circles, roles and linking, consent-based decision-making, continuous improvement over time. Sept 10+11, 2×3 hours.

10 Wednesdays starting Sep 16 2020. Our immersion program for those who have learned about sociocracy and are ready to try it out themselves. For 10 weeks, you will work in a team of 5 and self-organize around a small, sociocracy-related project. A trainer is supporting every meeting. That way you learn 3 times: by doing and observing, by receiving feedback and by learning within the project.
