Bio: John Schinnerer is a whole systems design consultant, teacher, facilitator, and practitioner. For 25 years he has studied, worked, taught, published, and played in realms of human relatings, governance and decision-making systems, appropriate technology, and ecological design. His interest in and experience with the Sociocratic Circle-organization Method dates back to the turn of the century.
Description: Living sociocracy requires major culture change. Existing behaviors will not generate different results, yet most of us resist changing our behavior. What specific challenges – and breakthroughs – have you experienced in experimenting with sociocracy? John will present several examples, and then invite participants to share their own.
