Trainer and consultant in both Sociocracy and Permaculture. I train and facilitate groups of all sizes into more naturally aligned and functional patterns of collaboration. I have long term leadership, consultant and training experience in a wide variety of organizations. Schools, non-profit networks and associations, municipalities, private companies, eco-villages and co-ops, are all in my professional domain. Most days I spend working face-to-face in Northern Europe and the Nordic countries. I’m a founding member of two sociocratically run educational coops, Rotad.nu and The Nordic Permaculture Academy. Online, my work has a global touch. Since 2017, I’m a working member with Sociocracy for All.
