I am an adjunct Assistant Professor at Saint Mary’s College of California (SMC), where I teach in the MA in Leadership Program and develop, facilitate and coach in organizational executive leadership programs through the SMC Leadership Center. I bring a transdisciplinary approach to my work with individuals, groups/teams, and organizations that is grounded in values that honor and respect the dignity of all beings and recognizes our essential, interdependent nature. Outside of my teaching and organizational work, I help individuals deepen into wholeness through mindfulness coaching, soul work and shadow integration. I am a trained coach in the Unified Mindfulness system and have studied extensively in the STAGES model of consciousness development, as well as other theories of adult development. I am also a fan of John Vervaeke’s work on relevance realization and the meaning crisis. In my free time I enjoy reading, learning, and pretty much anything that allows me to spend time outdoors.
