Agnes Goldenbeld

Sinds 2010 werk ik vanuit https://www.goldenbeldadvies.nl als zelfstandig organisatieadviseur. Ik ben vooral werkzaam in zorg en welzijn, maar ook onderwijs, overheid en MKB behoren tot mijn opdrachtgevers.

Als adviseur begeleid ik professionals, bestuurders, directies en toezichthouders bij het versterken van hun organisaties en teams. Ook begeleid ik organisaties bij juridische borging en het aanvragen van vrijstelling voor het hebben van een ondernemingsraad bij de SER.
Daarnaast was ik (interim)manager en directeur bij verschillende organisaties, zoals bij een organisatie in de GGZ, een hospice en bij Sociocratisch Centrum Nederland.

Ik ben afgestudeerd als politicoloog en volgde de Basisopleiding voor Organisatieadviseurs bij het Sioo. De opleiding tot gecertificeerd sociocratisch organisatiedeskundige volgde ik bij Sociocratisch Centrum Nederland. Op dit moment werk ik aan mijn hercertificering bij The International Sociocracy Certification Board.

De sociocratische methode biedt naar mijn idee een stevige basis, waarmee organisaties hedendaagse vraagstukken goed kunnen oplossen en verder kunnen groeien. Met inclusieve besluitvorming kan iedere medewerker een optimale bijdrage leveren aan het realiseren van het gezamenlijke doel. De kwaliteit van de samenwerking in teams en organisaties en van de geleverde diensten nemen toe. En iedere keer wanneer ik dat zie gebeuren en energie weer gaat stromen, geeft mij dat voldoening.

Since 2010 I have been working from https://www.goldenbeldadvies.nl as an independent organizational consultant. I mainly work in health and welfare, but education, government and SMEs are also among my clients.

As a consultant I guide professionals, directors, boards and supervisors in strengthening their organizations and teams. I also assist organizations in legally securing and applying for an exemption for having a works council with the SER.
In addition, I was (interim)manager and director at several organizations, such as an organization in mental health, a hospice and at Sociocratic Center Netherlands.

I graduated as a political scientist and took the Basic Training for Organizational Consultants at Sioo. I followed the training to become a certified sociocratic consultant at Sociocratic Center Netherlands. I am currently working on my recertification with The International Sociocracy Certification Board.

In my opinion, the sociocratic method provides a solid foundation that allows organizations to properly resolve contemporary issues and grow further. With inclusive decision-making, every employee can make an optimal contribution to achieving the common goal. The quality of collaboration in teams and organizations and of the services provided increases. And every time I see that happen and energy start to flow again, it gives me satisfaction.
