This presentation shows a modification of a game known as No Rounds to Roleplay giving objections and build confidence and trust.

Values Based Cultural Transformation in a 200 year old Church – Romina Farrell
I’ve spent the pandemic/past four years leading a values-based cultural transformation at a 200 year old church on the downtown University of Toronto campus. Informed by the entropy and desired values revealed through a cultural values assessment, I’ve been introducing and experimenting with all sorts of Teal practices (including sociocratic meeting principles) in my efforts to stabilize and restore the team after an over 100% turnover in staff!
