Description: Org Stories, inspired by the game Black Stories, explores anti-patterns, practises that generate bad habits and deeper problems. The game was designed as a consulting tool with the intuit to stimulate groups reflection on their own work practises and organizational tragedies.

Bio: Tanya is passionate about bringing regeneration to organizations, groups and communities. She works in the co-creation and implantation of collaborative management models. She uses Sociocracy 3.0, Organic Organizations (O2) and Dragon Dreaming with the intent to create work environments that generate autonomy, responsibility and innovation.
