Description: This session explores how we can get started with using Sociocracy without having to talk about it while accounting for its ethical implications based on insights from Complexity Science, specifically the theory of Complex Responsive Process (CRP).

Bio: Sandeep is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Experimental Consulting that specializes in helping companies deal with complex issues using a mixed-methods approach. He has over 20 years of experience, from building and leading teams across a diverse set of companies to running his own technology products company.
