Bio: A brazilian social transformation agent, whether in the classroom, companies, mediation or taekwondo centers. For the last 12 years, Juliana has been balancing teaching and consulting in private large (Deloitte) and small companies, public and more recently as well in Social Organizations (CoSpace and Pocante Network). The last aims to support NGOs on becoming more authentic, autonomous and resilient.
Description: Pocante was born with the purpose of building a more authentic and human, fairer and freer, lighter and funnier, more resilient and dynamic future. A year later, we are 23 members around Brazil and figured out that our largest direct impact is not on NGOs but on people’s way of living – members, partners, social networks. We plant these values on their hearts through sociocracy structure and now its time to flourish
