This conference will explore how sociocracy can help nonprofits address critical governance challenges, build healthy cultures and advance their missions. Our aim is for conference attendees to leave the event feeling energized and inspired by being part of a larger movement. We hope that attendees will come away from the conference feeling more knowledgeable about the experiences of others in the field, and related frameworks.
