Co-founders Jerry and Ted have had countless conversations around the kitchen counter – about sociocracy, client struggles, ways to hold sociocracy, and how it all connects to the bigger context. This series of events offers a summary of lessons learned.
How does sociocracy relate to other social systems, like Nonviolent Communication, Theory U, permaculture, or liberating structures? What kinds of environments does sociocracy thrive in, i in which environments does sociocracy reach its limits?
In this event, we stretch into the biggest vision we can stretch into – a world where systems like sociocracy are common sense.
