Sociocracy in intentional communities logomark - - Sociocracy For All Intentional Communities conference 2022

Creating a future that works for all today

Watch the recording:

Description

Come along for a demonstration on how feelings and emotions can be present in a space not as negative forces that disturb decision-making flow, but rather as creative forces to be welcomed and integrated as productive elements of the process.

With the facilitated inclusion of the feelings and emotions, sociocratic processes can be empowered and strengthened. For this to happen it is crucial that the facilitator is skilled at handling these unpredictable forces and understands when and how to change spaces.
