Vertown -A regenerative organization case —Ivy Frizo, Nara Pais and Guilherme Arruda

? English

Description

Vertown started implementing Sociocracy in 2020 as part as a vision to become a Teal Organization. One of the most important players for this shift to happen is Guilherme Arruda, Vertown’s CEO in old reference language. In 2021, after reading Carol Sanford’s Regenerative business, this vision expanded to include a regenerative culture. Since then, Ivy Frizo, Nara Pais and Nathalia Manso have been working as consultants to implement both self management and regenerative culture practices.
