Laureen Golden is an amplifier of dreams for a more compassionate world who believes in humanity’s capacity to heal ourselves & our world. Her developmental orientation (a way of being that works with Life’s emergent reality) has been shaped by her background in education & mental health. Her research focuses on “Paradigm Shifting Professionals” who center methodologies & frameworks (including Sociocracy) that reconnect us to the heart of our humanity and are well-suited for today’s complexity.
