Description: Together with the Vienna Institute for Participative Social Research, and funded by a governmental foundation, the Sociocracy Center Austria developed this Measurement Instrument, measuring effectiveness of teamwork. We present results of 450 participants, half of them from average working population. Compared with sociocratic teams the dimension “efficiency” (out of 10 dimensions) is 38% higher with Sociocracy.
