Creating a future that works for all today

Description

In sociocracy, circles can make decisions in small groups. But what happens if something doesn’t work for me?
There are two scenarios here, and we will talk about both of them.
(1) If you are a part of the circle, how can you object? And then what happens next? An objection is an invitation to explore more, not a block, and we will look at options to integrate the wisdom an objection is bringing.
(2) if you are not a part of the circle, technically, you can’t object. But your voice still matters! What can we do to be heard, and what can circles do to hear those voices?
