This has had profound consequence on the way the company operates. Now approaching 1000 employees, OCTO is transitioning to S3 since 2020. This overall transformation path has been rich in terms of learnings, very genuinely shared by Ludovic Cinquin, the current CEO and co-founder of OCTO.

Ludovic Cinquin is a cofounder and CEO of OCTO, a French consulting company, specialized in new techs, product management and digital transformation.
OCTO is recognized for its advanced ways of working and management culture, ranking first at 4 editions of the “Great Place to Work” list. The company is also certified BCorp.
Ludovic is also the author of two books :
“The Web Giants: Culture – Practices – Architecture” and “Becoming an agile enterprise”
