Description
Hoping we can update this description as we develop it further, but here is what we have now:
Hylo is a full-stack sociocratic organization. We use sociocracy internally, to help us build tools for sociocratic organizations in an inclusive and participatory way. In this showcase we will discuss how we originally came to decide on sociocracy as our internal governance model, our journey to adopt it as a team, and how we use it now. And we will talk about the Prosocial Coordination platform we are building, with a special focus on the tools we are building for sociocratic organizations and communities. Come hear what it takes to build software in a collaborative way, gathering the input and advice of all our stakeholders, to create what is actually needed by the types of decentralized, inclusive, equitable organizations and networks that can move us towards a world where all life can thrive.
