Bios:

  • Sofia Kyprianidou: trainer in Human Rights and theater director, specialized in social theater with children, young people and particularly vulnerable groups. Leader of the General Circle of the ElKeSo (www.sociocracy.gr)
  • Verena Fink: Freelancer (cultural and political education) for mental health programs, intercultural and art projects. Trauma therapist. Leader of the External CommunicationCircle in the ElKeSo.

Description: In February 2021 The Hellenic Sociocratic Center was officially founded, 12 certified facilitators have been facilitating for a couple of years in Greece, 8 members are on their way to becoming Sociocratic experts, implementations are in different phases in Athens and Thessaloniki. Which benefits does the Greek society get from this method, and which difficulties are we facing in Greek organizations and groups.
