Description: Since we got used to do meetings on Zoom, I see that people often straight away dive into their topic, without checking in with each other. I would like to bring honor to the Opening and Closing round for Zoom meetings, hearing from you how and if you use them. I will give you powerful EmPathIQ extras to make these moments heartwarming for the experience of the meeting as well as they empower you as the leader.
