T4: inviting connection and authenticity

Showing up as human beings also means to show up with our weak spots. If we are not vulnerable, we cannot be authentic. If we are not authentic, we cannot connect deeply!

Sometimes we notice that what we want is sharing on a deeper level. But how can we do that?

 

Skill description ability to create a context in which people can be vulnerable and connecting (can be positive/celebration)
How to acquire skill self-study; workshop; practice in real life
Show skill Name your 2 go-to strategies in your learning journal. Wait until life gives you an opportunity; use a new tool that you’ve learned. Take notes. When you’ve encountered 2 situations, report to your Peer group (ALC).
Measurement Peer group (ALC) hears report and gives feedback.
