|Skill description||ability to run an organizational structure training; does not have to be trained alone but can be part of a pair. Student has to be responsible for overall planning|
|How to acquire skill||attend other’s workshops; get feedback on outline; get feedback from participants and use it to improve the session; practice in real life|
|Show skill||Option 1:
Give a minimum 3-4 hour workshop for at least 6 people which includes both presentation and participant practice in design. Show and tell the training design and your evaluation; take in feedback; follow up.Option 2:
For 4 organizations from 3 different sectors that have at least 5 circles, analyzing their circle structures with informants that organization and providing an improvement plan.
