Hey there!

It’s such a wonderful gift to get to know people in SoFA, everyone with their own story and gifts. While it’s hard to get everyone into the same room, the forum can actually play that role of facilitating connection between us. Obviously, the more we know about each other, the better we can understand, support and express care for each other.

I’d love for you to fill out the icebreaker threads on the forum.

Public forum (anyone can write)

  • How did you hear about sociocracy?
  • What organizations do you belong to, and do they practice sociocracy?
  • What aspects of sociocracy are particularly fun for you?
  • What aspects of sociocracy do you struggle with?

Write your answers in the public forum

Member forum (only SoFA members can write)

  • Where do you live? What languages do you speak?
  • Why did you become a member of SoFA?
  • What’s the value of membership to you? What does SoFA mean to you?
  • What SoFA circles are you currently in? What circles might you want to contribute to in the future?
  • Tell us a story: what’s a decision or process you did that you’re most proud of?
  • What is a surprising fact about yourself?

Write your answers in the member forum
(And read the other people’s answers!)

Also, I have a quick help request. Are there any passionate players of Dungeons & Dragons in SoFA? There’s a person who made a sociocracy version and it needs to be tested!
