One of them is access to member tickets — get your ticket for the Nov 20 conference on Sociocracy in Communities. That includes cohousing and ecovillages — any residential community using sociocracy. We hope you will join us!

Advocates Community of Practice — This community of practice is for you if you’re already trained and using Sociocracy in a forming or established co-housing, ecovillage or other intentional community, and you want to share your experience, get support from other community members and from SoFA trainers and staff, or just meet fellow community and sociocracy enthusiasts. - November 17 @ 15:30 – 16:30 EST

Talked about salary fairness and transparency.
Content Circle
- Discussed the “English language SoFA” vs “International SoFA” and the question where content belongs.
- Consultant Circle now under Training Circle.
- 2 SoLTs running at the same time.
- Academy interviews have started for Feb 2022.
Ecosystem Circle
- Working on Sector domain blueprint.
- Thinking about better collaboration between Training and Ecosystem Circles.
Membership Circle
- Preparing to discuss “in person membership events.”
- Pame is officially the new leader!
- Decided to allow the leader of membership circle to allow membership fee to be covered with barter.
