Bioland is an organic farming association in Germany and has 8700 members, together with 1300 partners in the field of processing and trade, the young Bioland association and the nearly 300 staff members we are in a process to implement sociocracy in different parts and levels of the over all organization.

Coming from the farming sector, studied social work in Germany, experiences in Chile, France and Belgium, working since 2018 for Bioland, since dec. 2021 Certified Sociocratic Expert.
