It ends with a peer-based improvement plan that supports personal and professional growth and accountability.

This is a free sociocracy info session. We will look at what self-management is trying to achieve, how sociocracy works, and what kind of organizations are doing sociocracy.
The 5-month program covers all the parts of sociocracy in weekly 2h meetings. Leads to facilitator certification.
