Are you implementing sociocracy (or key parts of it) in your own organization, without a lot of consultant help, or, are you a consultant, and still need some help of your own? This is a “collective self-help group” for people who are on the same journey to exchange ideas, and give each other support.
Our aim is to provide a welcoming and confidential space where anyone practicing sociocracy at any stage (just starting out, expert or anything between) can bring their past or current sociocracy problems. We will collectively listen, understand and share our insights, strategies, and experiences, so we can all learn from each other
SIPS is currently open to anyone who is in an organization implementing or using sociocracy
You can come to one meeting without being a SoFA member to try it out. After your first meeting you will need to become a supporting or working member of SoFA ($50/year) or a member of an organization that holds organizational membership. There are no additional charges, beyond SoFA membership, to attend SIPS meetings. See How to Become a SoFA Member.
