Free introduction: What is sociocracy?

This webinar is giving an overview of sociocracy. We will talk about:
- better listening
- consent decision making and circle structure
- examples from real life!
Presenter
This introduction will be taught by Hanna Boesch. Hanna’s bio:
I am a Vienna based interpreter for Austrian sign language and a systemic coach and work with Sociocracy for the last six years. I have participated in the implementation of sociocracy in the association of Austrian Sign Language Interpreters (ÖGSDV; www.oegsdv.at) beginning 2019 and continue to be active in the circle that deals with association development and all matters relating to sociocracy.
As part of an Erasmus+ project from 2020 to 2022, I was trained as an internal trainer and as a sociocratic facilitator. Now I am a Sofa Academy Level 2 student and excited to dive deeper into implementation processes and to build greater expertise in supporting organizations on their way to sociocratic governance.
Format
This event will include a short welcome/check-in, followed by an introductory presentation and some time for questions from participants.
