This conversation explores one of the most complex and underappreciated dimensions of sociocracy: the dynamic between the individual and the organization as a whole.
It moves beyond personal experience into the relational space where individual needs, circle responsibilities, and organizational health all intersect.
Sociocracy and the framework level
How does sociocracy relate to other social systems, like Nonviolent Communication, Theory U, permaculture, or liberating structures? What kinds of environments does sociocracy thrive in, i in which environments does sociocracy reach its limits?
