If you’re participating in our online course Empowered Learning Circle, we recommend coaching with experienced coaches in Sociocracy For All. Our coach for NVC classes is a certified NVC trainer.

This is how it works:

  • Your group does session 1
  • Your group meets with your coach for 30 minutes
  • Your group does session 2
  • Your group meets with your coach for 30 minutes.
  • Your group does session 3.
  • Your group for 30 minutes.

Your group will be able to bring up all the questions and reflections from your group.
