Sociocracy in Practice – CoP
October 29 @ 11:00 – 12:30 EST
Sociocracy in Practice
A community of practice (CoP) to support organizations experimenting with and implementing sociocracy.
Come share, learn, and explore ideas for:
- next steps in your implementation of sociocracy
- managing objections
- giving and receiving feedback
- support for leaders and circle roles
- celebrate wins
Or bring any real governance challenge your organization is currently facing. Together, we’ll learn from one another’s experiences and explore practical next steps.
How to join
This monthly community of practice is currently open at no cost to SoFA’s Organizational Learners or to our consulting clients at $10/session to support you in your sociocracy implementation journey.
