Group decisions can get a little chaotic – some people want to move forward, others have things they still need to say, someone is against the proposal, and someone still has a question. It’s a lot!
The consent process from sociocracy turns that chaos into clarity. It makes sure people are heard, everyone is included, everything is clear. Sounds like magic? Well, maybe it is. But we know it works, and more and more groups are picking up the consent process to support their meetings. In this class, we will focus on facilitating consent and strategies of integrating objections.

- What if there’s an objection? Strategies to integrate their wisdom (+ exercise in small groups)
You don’t need any previous knowledge for this class. You can use what you’ve learned in your team, at work, your volunteer group. Inclusive decisions fit everywhere!
