Basic sociocracy methods class
This class offers two things: (1) it gives an overview of sociocratic circle structure – circles, roles, linking, General Circle, Mission Circle and special circles. In the second part, we will (2) draw your own organizational structures and get feedback on the draft.

With over ten years of experience working sociocratically in self-organized non-profit grassroots organizations, sofie has developed an ability to both see the details in the whole and the whole in the details and how to inject small adjustments that allows the group to work more sustainably and focused to reach its goal. Rooted in dance movement and eco somatic principles, sofie is an avid advocate for the importance of doing the work needed to adjust your map to the current reality.
sofie is one of the co-founders of sociokrati.nu – a Nordic network for education and networking in sociocracy. Since 2022, sofie teaches at the Holma Folkhögskola course – Sociocracy and self-organized cooperation.
