Endenburg\uff09\u65bc1980\u5e74\u4ee3\u5728\u8377\u862d\u63d0\u51fa\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sociocracy.info\/gerard-endenburg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u300c\u5168\u54e1\u53c3\u8207\u5236\u5708\u5b50\u6cd5\u300d<\/a> \u6b64\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f86\u81ea\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u81ea\u7136\u7cfb\u7d71 : \u9f90\u96dc\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5\u534a\u81ea\u6cbb\u7684\u5206\u6b0a\u3001\u5de2\u72c0\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u904b\u4f5c\u3002
