\u827e\u767b\u5821\uff08Gerard Endenburg\uff09\u4e8e1980\u5e74\u4ee3\u5728\u8377\u5170\u63d0\u51fa\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sociocracy.info\/gerard-endenburg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u300c\u5168\u5458\u53c2\u4e0e\u5236\u5708\u5b50\u6cd5\u300d<\/a> \u6b64\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u81ea\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u81ea\u7136\u7cfb\u7edf \uff1a \u5e9e\u6742\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5\u534a\u81ea\u6cbb\u7684\u5206\u6743\u3001\u5de2\u72b6\u7cfb\u7edf\u5728\u8fd0\u4f5c\u3002 \u81ea\u7136\u7cfb\u7edf\u65e2\u81ea\u4e3b\u3001\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4f9d\u8d56\u7740\u5f7c\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u4eba\u4f53\u7684\u547c\u5438\u4e0e\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002
