Bio: Danielle is a facilitator whose goal is to use her experience, knowledge, and skills to help organizations create a more human-centered, equitable world. Cameron is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works to create meaningful change in our community by challenging and dismantling systems of oppression. Cameron and Danielle are co-founders of Pa’lante Consulting and co-hosts of the Life Is Work Podcast.

Description: In this session, we will explore different ways to implement sociocratic practices within traditional hierarchical organizations that may not be ready to completely change their governance structure formally. We will offer tangible tools and real-world examples for how to model the world of shared power you would like to live in regardless of the current organizational structure or culture you are in.
