What's going on in the world, and what can I do about it? This set of questions has led Rhonda Baird through many adventures in academics and community organizing over the past two decades. From community organizing in urban environments to teaching permaculture in the jungle in Belize, Rhonda has enjoyed working with and empowering individuals and groups to improve their quality of life and connection to the Earth and others around them. Sociocracy fits right in with that vision, and Rhonda has enjoyed using skills from sociocracy to facilitate and educate permaculture students as well as formal and informal community groups.
