How do we regain our connection to self, other, and the Earth? Along the
way, how do we co-create flourishing environments where life can
thrive? Rhonda Baird has been following her indigenous sensibilities and
natural curiosity to track where we have been, what is going on, and
possibilities going forward. She has been using permaculture to imagine a
new story for the past 18 years. For the past 6 years, sociocracy has
been a key part of encouraging leaderful organizations to fulfill their
missions. She has helped blend the permaculture and sociocracy in
service to informal groups and formal organizations and networks for the
past several years. Rhonda holds an at-large position in organizational
development within SoFA.
