Implementing sociocracy in a “start-up” political party in Switzerland (Roberto Bonino)

 

Bio: An entrepreneur, a researcher and an educator, Roberto contributed to the creation of several startups in the technological, educational and social fields. Drawing from his experience with management and entrepreneurship, he is now active in innovative organizational approaches at LUSVAL (www.lusval.com). He places individual and organizational consciousness at the core of the organizational strategy.

Description: Present in 29 European countries Volt is a pan-European party with the same pro-Europe, pragmatic and progressive platform across the Union. Volt-CH, the Swiss chapter was established in October 2019. Since January 2021 Volt-CH is testing a sociocratic internal organization. We will present the motivations to test sociocracy, the main elements of the organization and feedback and impressions from the members.
