Description: Self-management relies on the explicit understanding of the organisation’s competencies and a shared set of values. The TRIMA toolset and questionnaires explore three dimensions of human behaviour (Social Styles, Competencies, Leadership Styles) and provide a shared language for values and competencies. We facilitate the transition to self-management with TRIMA-based modules supporting personal and team development.
