SUMMARY:Sociocracy Implementation Peer Support (SIPS) Community of Practice
DESCRIPTION:Are you considering or already implementing sociocracy (or key parts of it) in your own organization\, without a lot of consultant help\, or\, are you a consultant\, and still need some help of your own? This is a “collective self-help group” for people who are on the same journey to exchange ideas\, and give each other support. \n\n\n\nOur aim is to provide a welcoming and confidential space where anyone practicing sociocracy at any stage (just starting out\, expert or anything between) can bring their past or current sociocracy problems. We will collectively listen\, understand\, and share our insights\, strategies\, and experiences\, so we can all learn from each other. \n\n\n\nWhat happens at a meeting?\n\n\n\n\nCheck-in\n\n\n\nAdmin\n\n\n\nBreakout groups for discussion\n\n\n\nWhole group insights\n\n\n\nCheck-out and Feedback\n\n\n\n\nWho can join?\n\n\n\nSIPS is currently open to anyone who is in an organization implementing or using sociocracy\, or thinking of doing so.
